2. Services Description

Verva Health provides an online platform connecting patients with licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Our services are available to residents of eligible US states only.

3. Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a US state where our services are available. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Verva Health offers subscription-based treatment plans. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

Verva Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
